The Wollondilly Women in Business Network (WWIBN) established an official leadership structure in early 2019. The Executive are responsible for the management, development, governance and maintenance of policies and objectives that underpin our Network. Not to mention providing support, guidance and inspiration to the Network’s financial members. 

Executive members were nominated and elected for their personal integrity, work ethic, motivation, intelligence and generosity of spirit.  They are all dedicated volunteers while being successful Wollondilly business owners themselves. 

Your Executive are elected annually but are constantly looking for volunteers to help with the workload.  So anyone with experience, knowledge and a deep want to commit their spare time to volunteering, we have positions of interest available - social media, funding and grants, promotions and resources. Michelle is the Founder of WWIBN and as our President, she oversees all Executive members and dedicates her management skillset primarily to events and generating sponsorship. Michelle is co-owner with her husband Jason, of award winning, JJ Performance Smash Repairs in Bargo.

Brooke Hilton

Secretary

Brooke operates a family owned boutique real estate agency JSB Property Group, based in Wilton. As Secretary, she manages all general correspondence, media releases, meetings and general administrative duties of the Network.

Training & Initiatives Executive

Melissa owns CEO of One and Best Recruit and is an HR and job placement specialist. As our Training and Initiative Executive, she is responsible for facilitating the ‘Wollondilly Women Empowerment Project’. With assistance from other Executive members, she also investigates funding grants to help with all projects and initiatives.

Tina Meyer

Vice President

Tina is the founder of The Blue Butterfly Institute, a not for profit focused on supporting and advocating for childhood sexual abuse survivors and their families. She also owns and runs Akashic Healing and Tina's Tutoring. Tina supports the network's running and administration wherever she is needed.
