The Wollondilly Women in Business Network (WWIB) was established mid 2015 to provide an opportunity for women who's businesses are in the Wollondilly Shire to network and promote their business in a friendly and educational environment. We hope that our event attendees will feel safe and comfortable no matter what their circumstances and we will not tolerate any bullying or gossip within the network .
We hold meetings and events monthly to educate our members and to encourage promotion of friendship and business within this exciting growth area. We encourage our members to schedule attendance at events in advance as we have a strict event closure policy and we'd hate you to miss out.
For a minimal annual cost, membership entitles members to be listed in a directory, they are able to promote their businesses and have dinner at a reduced cost while enjoying stimulating speakers.
The WWIB network is a non-profit organisation conducted by a committee of volunteers who put many hours into developing themes, sourcing speakers, planning and booking venues and menus, creating and sending invitations, advertising and encouraging new memberships, collecting and managing finances and countless other invisible tasks.
New committee and sub-committee members are always welcome to join and make a contribution. We also encourage any member to share ideas for new speakers or events that the club could hold, or thoughts for ways to improve the network. The network belongs to the members!
Each month, 2 weeks prior to the next meeting, invitations incorporating speakers, themes and venues are sent out by email. RSVP and payment for each breakfast may be completed by logging into that event and paying online. Members may also pay for the next event ahead of time .
To ensure the events run smoothly the committee appreciates RSVPs returned on time, and punctual arrival at each event allows for less disruption for the speakers and venues.
