Wollondilly Women in Business Leadership Structure
The Wollondilly Women in Business Leadership structure is headed up by an Executive, which supervises and supports a committee of active financial members. This structure was put into place at the start of 2019, with an annually elected Committee to assist in the running of the network. With over 200 members, daily activity, which has been undertaken by a small number of the executive, actively working for Wollondilly Women in Business since inception, was becoming a full time job! So our Executive provides leadership and strategic guidance, governance and overall support for the Committee, who's role is to divide up the daily tasks.
