Wollondilly Women in Business continues to recogniset that we have some great women in leadership within the WWIB network, along with many aspiring leaders, and our Women and Leadership breakfasts is a way to bring us together to share and explore our leadership experiences, where everyone is welcome.

Ally brings to her work over 25 years of experience in direct care, service management and delivery, and policy development. This experience has given her the ability to relate policy and legislation into practical day-to-day strategies, aiding in the implementation of principles of good practice in service delivery.

Ally is passionate about integrated service planning and delivery across all levels of government and is the Lead Officer for the Western Sydney City Deal at Wollondilly Shire Council. Ally has influenced and led successful teams and has driven and implemented key strategic initiatives such as the Sydney Peri Urban Network of Councils, the Wollondilly Health Alliance, Western Sydney City Deal Digital Action Plan, Western Sydney Health Alliance and Agribusiness Precinct commitment.

Ally is dedicated to improving organisational and individual effectiveness and has experience in training frontline workers and managers in areas such as leadership, managing change, team development, communication, community development and implementation of good practice principles.

However Allys main focus in her life is her husband, 4 children and her Grandchildren, Isaiah and Jack
