How to register for events and log in to pay Member Prices

When you want to register to attend an event, go to the Wollondilly Women in Business website (www.wwib.com.au) and click on the Events tab.

All the events or options will be displayed . Choose one or more event(s) you want to attend and click on the  ADD TO CART button below them. 

The SHOPPING CART WILL BE DISPLAYED WITH YOUR SELECTION when you are finished. (If it isn’t, then go to the SHOPPING CART by clicking on the CART at the top right of the Events screen .  Then click  ‘View Shopping Cart’.)

The SHOPPING CART will show you all the items you have chosen and the total amount owed. (see image above)

(Note 1: If there are items you don’t want you need to remove them. Clicking the bin icon on the right of each will remove it.)

(Note 2: If you click on an actual event instead of the ADD to CART button, the event details will be shown . You can then click that Add to Cart button.)

CHECK YOUR PURCHASES IN THE CART AND ESPECIALLY THE QTY of each, to make sure it is all correct before proceeding.

PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES

On the right of your shopping cart screen you will see your GRAND TOTAL and the tabs  'PayPal' and 'Proceed to Checkout'(see above)

Always click on the green ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button .

The CHECKOUT screen will be displayed (click on the Checkout image above).

If you are a member

  • you are a RETURNING CUSTOMER. This is where you log into your account with the email address you used when you joined (this is your username) and the password. It will probably be WWIB2016 unless you created an account and gave yourself another password which you should remember yourself. Click the LOGIN button 

If you are NOT A MEMBER,

  • If would like to become a MEMBER and enjoy the benefits of membership,  including discounted prices where available, return to the Home page and sign up for membership first. Once you have registered as a member you can fill your shopping cart and follow the member log in steps.
  • Click on the Register and Checkout button so we have your details in the system and know who has purchased a ticket.

When your login is successful you will see that the amounts may have changed if members pricing was available on any item.

At the checkout, follow the steps.

  1. Address information, then click CONTINUE (click on billing info image above)
  2. Payment Information – choose the type of payment you want to use 

             DIRECT DEPOSIT or PAYPAL. Click on the button to choose (click on payment image above)

If you choose Paypal the system will immediately take you to log in to your PAYPAL account and authorise the purchase. 

If you choose DIRECT DEBIT you will pay the amount owing by bank transfer to the bank account shown on the invoice (and the screen above). You will be registered for the events you have selected but not confirmed until you actually pay.

NOTE: Although CHEQUE is an option on the screen we prefer not to accept cheque as the confirmation process can be too long – we do not clear the post box every day.

CONFIRM PAYMENT (click on last image above)

You get a final chance to check your purchases, billing and payment details before the order is complete.

Check and then click PLACE ORDER. At this time whatever payment method you have chosen will be activated and you will receive an invoice thanking you for your registration .

If you paid by DD then you will be required to make a bank transfer immediately or as soon as possible  Remember, you are not confirmed until you have paid. The payment reference should be your first name and the event name/date
