Guest Speaker: Member Kim Cooper of PJW Lawyers

Kim has spent many years specialising in drafting, challenging and defending wills. Do you really understand your Will. Some assets you own may be excluded from your will without you knowing, such as property or superannuation. Your will is your final say on how you want your assets distributed after you die. However there are a number of requirements to ensure your will is valid. If your will is not current to your situation it may be open to a challenge.

Don’t leave problems for your family and friends to deal with while they are grieving your loss. Seek professional advice from a solicitor experienced in this area of law.
