Pania will be sharing her leadership journey, as well as personal experiences that changed the trajectory of her career. Pania's involvement in any organisation or business she is involved in, is wholehearted, professional and driven. We are so thrilled to have her share her story with our guests at the first Leadership Breakfast of 2024.
ABOUT PANIA GREGSON
Pania Gregson is the co-founder and Office Manager at Pestgo, and founder and Senior Consultant at Labyrinth Business Consulting.
Pania is an accomplished professional with over 25 years’ experience in business management across a broad range of operational areas and industry sectors, including pest management, information technology, retail and hospitality.
She and her husband, Rowan, built an award-winning pest control business from start up to an employer of 7 full-time and 2 part-time staff servicing over 1,000 clients and generating 7-figure sales annually. In 2016, they sold the business to the largest multi-national pest control company in Australia.
Pania is a highly customer-centric and effective communicator with a genuine desire to build and cultivate customer relationships.
She is passionate about helping local businesses and has volunteered her time and expertise on the boards of local business Chambers and other committees for over 15 years. She is currently the Vice President of Picton Chamber of Commerce.
