FACILITATOR REGISTRATION FORM
We’re proud to announce that planning is now underway for the 2025 Wollondilly Empowerment Project (WEP), and we are inviting Expressions of Interest from business professionals interested in delivering training as part of our Business Bricks initiative.
Business Bricks is a comprehensive workshop series designed to support both new and established business owners by providing practical, foundational, and strategic business skills. Workshops will be offered at a heavily subsidised rate to participants, thanks to the generous support of our 2025 Empowerment Partner, the Mining & Energy Union and 2025 Workshop Partner, Right 2 Drive.
We are now seeking facilitators to deliver one or more of the following proposed workshops:

BUSINESS BASICS
1) Finance – Budgeting for Success (2 hours)
2) Insurance & Legal – Business Protection (3 hours)
3) Marketing & Branding – Crafting Your Identity (3 hours)
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
4) Strategic Planning incl. SWOT Analysis (4 hours)
5) Success Roadmap - Planning & Processes (4 hours)
6) Networking & Business Relationships (2 hours)
BUSINESS SMARTS
7) Digital Domination – AI as a Tool (3 hours)
8) Sales & Negotiation Skills (2 hours)
9) Strong Mind, Strong Business (3 hours)
Facilitator Requirements
If selected to deliver a workshop, facilitators must agree to:

Be a current financial member of Wollondilly Women in Business (WWIB)

Provide a clear course outline and all workshop content (This must also be provided to the Project Coordinator prior to the workshop.)

Print and supply participant handouts

Facilitate the session in an engaging, inclusive, and professional manner

Submit 2x Business Boost nominations at the end of their workshop
