About Geshe-ma Rinchen Pal:
Born in Tara Village, Zanskar, in the remote Himalayas of Northern India, Geshe-ma Rinchen Pal became a Buddhist nun at the age of 11. After undertaking initial studies in Bhutan, she joined the Jamyang Choling Institute in Dharamsala, India, dedicating herself to the full 17-year curriculum of the five major Buddhist texts within the Gelugpa tradition. In 2016, she made history by becoming part of the first group of Tibetan Buddhist nuns to receive the Geshema degree, conferred by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Geshe-ma Rinchen Pal embodies humility, compassion, and profound scholarship, offering a living example of the union of wisdom and compassionate action.
About Jennifer:
Jennifer (Jen) brings heartfelt devotion and decades of experience in spiritual practice, community building, and mindful leadership. Having been an ordained Buddhist nun in the Tibetan tradition, she serves as a unique bridge between Tibetan and Western cultures — bringing an insider's understanding of authentic Buddhist teachings while making them practical, relatable, and deeply supportive for life in the modern world.
As the lead facilitator of Lotus Hearts, Jennifer is passionate about creating nurturing spaces where authentic Dharma practice can flourish. She is committed to helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength, navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience, and embody wisdom and compassion in everyday living.
Together, Geshe-ma Rinchen Pal and Jennifer offer a profound and practical gateway for individuals seeking spiritual growth, community, and a deeper connection to the timeless wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism.
